In general it’s possible to use our website without having to submit any personal data. As far as it’s necessary to collect personal data (such as name, address or e-mail addresses) this will be done, as far as possible on a voluntary basis. Your personal data or any information about you is only used in the case of ordering products or services from companies related to the Chiemgau Thermen. We do not pass on your data to third parties without your express permission. If, as part of processing your order, data needs to be passed on to service providers, then these are also legally bound to the German Federal Law of Data Protection (BDSG), other legal regulations and legally obliged to observe the privacy policy of the Chiemgau Thermen. If you register for our newsletter, your e-mail address, surname and first name will be used for our own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from our newsletter. Unsubscribing is possible at any time via an integrated link in the newsletter e-mail. Subscribing or unsubscribing from our newsletter is possible free of charge at any time.
