Data Protection

In general it’s possible to use our website without having to submit any personal data. As far as it’s necessary to collect personal data (such as name, address or e-mail addresses) this will be done, as far as possible on a voluntary basis. Without your express consent this data will not be passed or handed onto any third parties.

We advise you that transmitting data across the internet may not always be secure (i.e. for communication via e-mail) may have security issues. It’s not possible to completely protect data from access by third parties.

The use of our contact data for transmitting non-requested advertising and information material which is published due to the legal obligation is hereby expressly prohibited. The publisher of these web pages explicitly reserves the right to take legal action in the case of non-requested sending of advertising information, such as spam-mails.

 

Personal Data

Personal data is information which can be used to find out your identity, for example information such as your correct name, address, postal address, telephone number. No personal related data is utilised. The statistical evaluation of anonymised data remains reserved. The storage is carried out for data security reasons, to ensure the stability and operational reliability of our system.

 

Submitting personal information to third parties.

Your personal data or any information about you is only used in the case of ordering products or services from companies related to the Chiemgau Thermen. We do not pass on your data to third parties without your express permission. If, as part of processing your order, data needs to be passed on to service providers, then these are also legally bound to the German Federal Law of Data Protection (BDSG), other legal regulations and legally obliged to observe the privacy policy of the Chiemgau Thermen. Otherwise only if we are legally obliged by or legally requested by court order to pass on your data to authorities who are authorized to request the information, will we forward on information about you.

 

Your Rights

If you have submitted any personal data to us, you can have this deleted at any time again. Data for invoicing and accounting purposes may not be cancelled or deleted.

Data Protection Policy for using YouTube

Our website uses functionality from Google +1. The operator is Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Collecting and passing on information: with the help of the Google +1 button you can publish information worldwide. Via the Google +1 button you and other users will receive personalized content from Google and our partners. Google saves both the information which you have given as content for +1 as well as information which you have viewed by clicking on +1. If you send us an enquiry via the contact form your data from the contact form including any contact data you send to us for the enquiry and any follow up questions will be saved by us. This data will NOT be passed on without your consent.

 

Newsletter

If you register for our newsletter, your e-mail address, surname and first name will be used for our own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from our newsletter. Unsubscribing is possible at any time via an integrated link in the newsletter e-mail. Subscribing or unsubscribing from our newsletter is possible free of charge at any time.

Before you receive our newsletter you need to confirm the procedure as part of the double opt-in agreement, that we may activate your e-mail address for our newsletter service. You will receive a confirmation and authorization e-mail, where you ask you to click on the links contained within the e-mail, and thus confirm that you would like to receive our newsletter.
